AI READINESS
Is your business ready for AI?
Ten questions. Three minutes. You'll get a straight answer, even if the answer is not yet.
A clear starting point.
AI can help where reliable information, a repeatable task and a responsible owner meet. That might mean answers from approved documents, a draft for review or less manual work between systems. Sometimes connecting the tools or documenting the process comes first.
How the score works
Questions 1–9 each score 0–3. We divide the total by 27 and round it to a percentage. Data uses questions 1–2; process uses 3, 4 and 9; systems uses 5–6; ownership uses 7–8. Each dimension is scaled to 100. Below 40 means needs work, 40–69 means getting there, and 70 or more means solid. Question 10 is optional and unscored. Repetitive work signals automation potential; several systems signal integration scope. Neither is treated as a business failure.
02FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How is the score calculated?
Nine questions each score 0–3, for a maximum of 27. The total is converted to a percentage and rounded. Four dimension scores use the same scale. The optional timeline question does not change your score.
What should I do with a low score?
Start with one painful process, write down how it works and name an owner. Improve the foundations before buying AI. The report gives fix-first guidance without a booking pitch.
Do you keep my answers?
When you request a report, we store your contact details, answers and scores privately so a solutions architect can review them and send one follow-up. We don't store an abandoned quiz or publish personalized results. Contact hello@distilstack.com to ask about your data.
Where can AI help our business?
Start where reliable information, a repeatable task and a responsible owner meet. That might be answering questions from approved documents, preparing a draft for review or reducing a repeated handoff. Sometimes connecting systems or fixing the process comes first.
