Cloud & Security

Cloud & security services

We design, migrate and run cloud platforms with security, cost control and compliance built in from the start, so growth doesn't arrive with surprises.

01Overview

Cloud problems are usually design problems.

Bills that double, outages that last hours and audit findings that take months to close tend to trace back to decisions made in a hurry. We fix the design, then automate it so it stays fixed.

Everything we build is defined in code, documented and monitored. Your team can see what runs where, and why.

03Outcomes

What changes for your business

  • 01

    Fewer incidents

Redundancy, automated recovery and alerts that reach the right person.

  • 02

    Lower, predictable spend

Right-sized resources, commitments and tagging, so every dollar has an owner.

  • 03

    Audit-ready by default

Controls, evidence and policies mapped to the frameworks you report against.

  • 04

    Faster delivery

Self-service environments and pipelines that remove the infrastructure queue.

04Approach

How we deliver

  1. 01

    Assess

Review architecture, spend, security posture and compliance gaps.

  2. 02

    Design

Target architecture, landing zone and controls, agreed with your team.

  3. 03

    Implement

Infrastructure as code, migrations and pipelines delivered in phases.

  4. 04

    Operate

Monitoring, on-call runbooks, cost reviews and continuous hardening.

06Plan the work

A platform decision starts with the running workload

Cloud and security work should explain how a service is operated, changed and recovered. We start with the applications, data and responsibilities already in place. A landing zone, a deployment pipeline, a control gap and an unexplained bill are different problems. Naming the constraint helps choose the first engagement instead of treating every infrastructure request as a migration.

Architecture and migration work maps the destination and cutover. Platform engineering creates a supported route from code to production. Security work maps controls and evidence to the actual systems and obligations. FinOps connects spend to usage and ownership. These practices share information, but their acceptance criteria differ. A cost dashboard is not evidence of certification, and a policy document does not prove a restore will work.

07Plan the work

Make operating responsibilities explicit

We agree who owns environments, access, releases, alerts and incidents before the new platform goes live. Infrastructure and configuration belong in versioned definitions where appropriate, with a clear change and review path. Secrets stay in the agreed server or platform controls rather than source code or browser bundles. The operational plan must identify who responds when an automated check fails.

Migration and optimization changes are tested against the service requirements, including recovery and rollback. We do not promise savings before establishing a cost baseline, or certification before an independent assurance process. Handover includes the configuration, runbooks and remaining responsibilities your team needs. The result should be inspectable and maintainable, whether the next step is another workload, a new control or a routine cost review.

Frequently asked questions

View pricing guide
Which clouds do you support?

AWS, Google Cloud and Azure, plus hybrid setups that include on-premise systems.

Can you run our infrastructure after migration?

Yes, with agreed response times, monthly cost and security reviews, and full access for your own team.

Do you help with SOC 2 or ISO 27001?

We implement the technical controls and automate evidence collection. Your auditor and compliance lead own the certification itself.

Will migrating disrupt our users?

We migrate in waves, each with a rollback plan and a scheduled cut-over, and test every wave before the next one starts.

Do we need to migrate to improve the platform?

Not necessarily. We review the workload, current constraints and operating practices first. A pipeline change, clearer access controls or better cost attribution may address the problem without moving the application. Migration is one option, with its own dependency, cutover and recovery plan.

Who owns the cloud accounts and configuration?

The engagement defines account ownership, access and operational responsibilities before delivery. Infrastructure definitions, deployment configuration and runbooks are handed over within the agreed scope. The aim is a platform your team can inspect and operate, with credentials kept out of public source and client code.

Can you guarantee cloud savings?

No savings figure is promised before reviewing billing, usage and service requirements. We establish a baseline, identify possible changes and check their effect on cost and behaviour. Some capacity is necessary; the work is to distinguish it from idle resources or avoidable usage.

Does security work guarantee certification?

We can implement controls, remediate gaps and prepare evidence within the agreed scope. Certification and independent assurance remain with the relevant auditor. The proposal distinguishes engineering readiness from that decision and identifies the control maintenance your organization must continue after handover.
