AI integration services

Add AI to the software you already run. No rebuild required.

Custom engineering

AI where your team already works.

Your software works. It just doesn't help enough. We add AI to the apps, CRM, ERP, and internal tools your team already uses, so the help shows up where the work happens.

How the parts of the system connect

01The work

We don't rebuild your stack

Most AI pitches start with a new platform. Ours starts with what you already pay for. If your team lives in a CRM, an ERP, or a custom app built years ago, that is where the AI goes. We add it around your systems, not instead of them.

Ripping everything out is the most expensive way to get AI. It is also the slowest. Integration is the boring path, and the boring path ships.

02The work

What we plug in

01

Copilots inside your apps.

A chat assistant that lives where your team works and can see what they are working on. It drafts the email, summarizes the ticket, fills in the form. Your team stays in the app they know.

02

Smart search over your data.

Search that understands what you mean, across documents, tickets, and records. It finds the answer instead of the keyword.

03

Document AI.

Pulls the numbers out of invoices, contracts, and PDFs and puts them where they belong. No more retyping.

04

AI features in your product.

Summaries, classification, drafting, recommendations, built into the software your customers already use. Your roadmap gets AI without a rewrite.

05

Workflow AI.

Reads the incoming request, figures out what it is, routes it, drafts the reply. Your team approves instead of doing.

Three related things we do, so you land on the right page: this page is about adding AI to software you already run. Our RAG chatbot development page covers AI that answers from your documents. Our AI agents page covers AI that takes action across your systems.

03The work

Your data stays yours

Your data stays in your cloud. We never train models on it. Access rules carry over from your existing systems, so the AI can only see what the person asking could already see. Sensitive fields get masked before anything reaches a model.

If your compliance team has questions, bring them to the first call. We answer them directly instead of waving them away.

04The work

How we deliver it

Discover, Validate, Build, Scale. Same four stages as everything we ship.

Validation takes two to four weeks. That is a working slice of the integration running on your real systems. You see the AI doing the actual job before you commit to the full build.

Production takes eight to twelve weeks, depending on how many systems it touches and how much approval and audit trail you need. Fixed scope, fixed price, no hourly billing.

05The work

What it costs

$6,000 – $15,000 for a targeted integration on one system; $15,000 – $40,000 when AI is woven through several. We price in two stages: a fixed-scope validation on one system, then a production build priced on how many systems the AI touches. Messy data and heavy compliance needs move the number most. The AI model itself is rarely the expensive part.

Frequently asked questions

View pricing guide
Can AI be added to our existing software without rebuilding?

Yes. Most of the integrations we ship connect through APIs to the systems you already run: CRM, ERP, internal tools, custom apps. No rip-and-replace. If a system has no usable API, we find out during validation and tell you plainly, along with what the workaround would cost.

Is it safe to connect AI to our business data?

Your data stays in your cloud and is never used to train models. Access rules from your existing systems carry over, so the AI sees only what the person asking could already see. Sensitive fields are masked before anything reaches a model, and every AI action is logged.

How much does AI integration cost?

$6,000 – $15,000 for a validation on one system; $15,000 – $40,000 for AI across several. A validation on one system costs far less than AI wired across five. The number moves with the number of systems, how messy their data is, and how much approval and audit trail the work needs. The pricing guide breaks down each driver.

How long does it take?

Two to four weeks for validation: a working slice on your real systems. Eight to twelve weeks to production, depending on how many systems the AI touches. If your data needs serious cleanup first, we tell you in week one.

What if our software is old or custom-built?

Old software is normal. With an API, we integrate directly. Without one, we usually go through the database, scheduled exports, or a small adapter in front of it. We assess this during validation. If a system genuinely cannot be reached, you hear that from us before you spend anything.

Do you work with our in-house team?

Yes. Your team reviews at every stage, and everything is handed over with documentation so they can maintain it afterward. That is the point of handing over the code: you are not renting the integration from us.

Which AI models do you use?

We work with Claude and other leading models, picked per job. Honestly, the model is the interchangeable part. The integration, the guardrails, and the data plumbing are what you are actually buying, and that is where we spend our time.

Who owns the integration code?

You do. One hundred percent, with a handover pack. No license lock-in, no hostage situations.

Not sure where you stand?

Plan the work

Start with a 3-week AI Discovery.

We map your systems, find the two or three places AI actually pays off, and give you a fixed-scope plan. If the honest answer is "don't build anything yet," we will say that too. A solutions architect replies within one business day.
